Digital Products: All digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, files) are final sale. Once delivered or accessed, they are non-refundable.

Physical Products:
If you purchase a physical product (book, USB, course material, EDC gear), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must contact us first for return approval at yourname@thesurvivalistpapers.com.

For physical book orders fulfilled via Amazon, Amazon's return policy applies.

Custom, used, or opened items (like USB drives or course kits) are non-returnable unless defective.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
